All of our pieces are made in the midwest and shipped coast to coast to you. Each piece is made to order, please allow 6 weeks for production and 5 days for delivery.
Your furniture will be wrapped and safely crated to protect the pieces in transit, and delivered to your home by freight carrier. Please inspect the piece fully prior to signing for it. Furniture is shipped assembled, but the crate will need to be disassembled when you receive it.
We take great care in designing, building, and testing each piece. Our furniture is built to last, but unnatural conditions can cause damage to these pieces. Unnatural racking forces can be caused by placing chairs, tables and cabinets on fewer than all of their feet. When moving furniture lift off the floor, don't slide or lean. Finishes can be damaged by heat, water, and caustic chemicals. You can care for your furniture by cleaning it with soap and water, and occasionally using furniture polish to remove dust.
